2024 Household Hazardous Waste Collection September 7 in Wyoming County. Appointments will be required and will begin to be accepted starting July 29. Starting that day appointments, until all slots are filled, can be made by going to the GLOW website, www.glowsolidwaste.org or by calling the GLOW office at 800/836-1154 or 585/815-7906. 2024 Electronics Collection The 2024 Electronics Collection will be held on September 21st, also in Wyoming County. Appointments will begin to be taken the same day as the Household Hazardous Waste Collection (July 29) and will continue to be accepted until all slots are filled. Notification List GLOW keeps a “notification list” in between events. Residents can contact the GLOW office following the current year’s collections. THESE LISTS ARE NOT CARRIED OVER FROM YEAR TO YEAR. Residents on the “notification” list will be notified by postcard and email when appointments begin to be accepted. The postcard will have the date, location (town only), state that appointments are being accepted and how to make them by going online or calling the GLOW office. AS NOTED ABOVE BEING ON THE NOTIFICATION LIST DOES NOT GIVE YOU AN APPOINTMENT. The 2025 collections are expected to be scheduled for September and will be held in Genesee County.
